Everyone Welcome

This Sunday, we will celebrate our Risen Lord as we gather in fellowship to proclaim His Glory, to praise him through song, to pray, to read and study His Word, to be equipped and sent to proclaim the Good News to all the world. No laser lights or fog machines. No door prizes or plastic eggs. A simple people worshipping a holy God in simple ways.

Proclaming Victory

Henryville Church is a simple gathering of people who desire to love God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength. We recognize that we are sinners, desperately in need of a Savior, thankful for the grace and mercy of God. We live life together, trusting in the truth that we are saved by grace alone, through faith alone in Christ alone, revealed in God's Word alone, for God's glory alone. We sing hymns, read Psalms, and sing spiritual songs together. We gather each week around the Communion table to be reminded of the beautiful Gospel message. We study God's Word, desiring NOT to grab Bible verses out of context in order to benefit what we want it to say. Rather, we study book by book, verse by verse, recognizing the three rules of proper Biblical study: 1) Context. 2) Context. 3) Context. We see teh Gospel proclaimed throughout scripture, trusting that the Bible is sufficient, without error. Ultimately, we recognize that we are called to proclaim the Gospel to all creation, to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them, teaching them to obey all He commands.
If you desire to be entertained by sermon and song, we are not your place. If you desire to go deep in fellowship with other believers and more importantly with God, come join us.

Every Sunday Service @10:30

Today we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Come join us at 10:30 to sing praises, to gather around the Lord's Table, to be reminded of the Gospel, to pray for one another, and to lift up our hearts to a Holy and merciful God.
